US Bank:

Delivered US Bank's iOS mobile app in 9 months with the customer receiving Digital Banker of the year in 2018. 

U.S. Space Force

Led Agile Transformation to replace 40 year old (SPADOC) Space Domain Awareness System with the new ATLAS system to detect and track objects on orbit. 

US Air Force Research Laboratories (SACT - Sprint Advanced Concept Training)

Led Agile implementation of (DRAGON) Defense Readiness Agile Gaming Ops Networks Army Operations to revolutionize the way the DoD develops, validates, and integrates operational software for the space warfighter with commercial data.

Tom was a Project Manager and IT Director in the first 12 years of his career. For the last 20 years Tom has been an Iteration Manager, Product Owner, and Transformation Coach.
