Delivered US Bank's iOS mobile app in 9 months with the customer receiving Digital Banker of the year in 2018. 

U.S. Space Force

Led Agile Transformation to replace 40 year old [SPADOC] Space Domain Awareness System with the new ATLAS system to detect and track objects on orbit.

Tom is a value driven Transformation Coach utilizing his background in Agile Methods, Lean, Lean Startup, Kanban, Theory of Constraints, and Systems Thinking to assist his clients in achieving great value outcomes. 

Tom was a Project Manager and IT Director in the first 12 years of his career. For the last 20 years Tom has been an Iteration Manager, Product Owner, and Transformation Coach.
